Why I built this Atelier

I've spent the last 20 years working with executives and founders across multinational companies, SMEs, and startups in FMCG, technology, and education.

Over time, I noticed the same questions kept surfacing:

  • Am I on the right path?
  • Is this the right time to move?
  • Why do some people move forward effortlessly while others keep pushing and still feel stuck?
  • How do I truly understand the people around me?

I had the same questions.

I started with MBTI, DISC, Belbin, StrengthsFinder. Then discovered BaZi, Human Design, Zi Wei Dou Shu, Destiny Matrix.
